What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting patient access, scheduling, benefits verification, and multilingual patient communication in a healthcare setting where I can contribute my Epic knowledge and team leadership experience.

I've supported patient access and scheduling across Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, Memorial Hermann Hospital, Houston Methodist Hospital, Harris Health System, and ROC Houston.

In my current ASR II role at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, I register patients, verify benefits and estimates through DAR, communicate with nursing teams, manage appointment reminders, and collect and post payments in Epic.

I've led schedulers, trained staff on Epic, coordinated referrals and diagnostic appointments, handled authorizations and cash controls, and interpreted for patients in English, Spanish, and French.
