What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I manage day-to-day office administration end to end—documents, reporting, procurement, and vendor coordination—while supporting HR and finance administrative processes in a structured, collaborative environment.

I’m an Administration Officer focused on keeping daily operations running smoothly through organized documentation, clear reporting, and reliable coordination. In my current role, I manage administrative activities that support company operations and help ensure processes follow company procedures and policies.

I systematically handle the filing of physical and digital documents so they’re organised and easily accessible. I also prepare, review, and distribute administrative documents such as letters and reports, while coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and external parties for administrative and operational requirements.

Previously, I supported operational performance by compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports. I processed and summarised employee attendance data as the basis for attendance administration and payroll, recorded operational expenses (especially raw material purchases), and managed procurement of company supplies both online and offline.

Earlier, during my internship as a Junior Architect, I prepared cost estimate plans (RAB), planned furniture usage schedules and requirements, and coordinated with manufacturers and project leaders to align on specifications. I also create conceptual designs for rooms and prepare presentation materials—skills that strengthened my attention to detail, communication, and structured planning.
