Aulia Billqis

I graduated from Sebelas Maret University with a Bachelor's in Public Administration and built hands-on experience as an Administration Staff at a digital insurance startup. I managed end-to-end document workflows—printing and sending 100–300 insurance documents monthly—tracked deliveries across multiple branches, and handled customer inquiries via WhatsApp and email.

I bring strong document management, inventory control, and recapitulation skills, and I'm proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut. I also led fundraising and ad campaigns in student organizations and completed a government administration internship, which sharpened my reporting and coordination abilities.
