What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an administrative/project support role where I can own documentation accuracy, manage data tracking and expense reporting, and coordinate with teams and clients—working in a structured environment that values responsibility and continuous improvement.

I’m an administrative and operations support professional, centered on documentation management, structured data tracking, reporting, and cross-team coordination. I bring a detail-oriented, reliable approach to maintaining accurate records and keeping day-to-day processes organized for project teams.

In my most recent role as Administrative & Project Support, I managed and organized both digital and physical project documentation so information stays accurate and easy to retrieve. I tracked project expenses, compiled structured financial summaries using spreadsheets, maintained inventory records, and monitored material usage through regular data updates.

Beyond tracking and documentation, I supported operational execution by preparing administrative documents such as work orders, handover documents, and issue tracking lists. I also helped create weekly and monthly progress reports for internal use, handled routine communication with clients for schedules and updates, and coordinated with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth daily operations.

Earlier, I gained reporting and documentation consistency experience through a Quality Control & Reporting Support internship, assisting with site inspections and documenting findings in structured reports.
