What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role where I can apply data-driven sales operations and supply chain skills, contribute to process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow toward greater responsibility while supporting team and customer success.

I am an analytical, detail-oriented associate sales operations analyst with experience in customer support, logistics, and supply chain operations. I focus on managing data, improving sales processes, and coordinating administrative functions to boost operational efficiency.

During internships and volunteer roles I compiled customer data reports, tracked trends, coordinated delivery schedules, and maintained inventory and delivery records, contributing to improved customer satisfaction and more accurate stock movement tracking.

I bring strong communication, stakeholder engagement, Excel and CRM experience, and a passion for process improvement and teamwork in remote and cross-functional environments. I am currently pursuing a BSc in Supply Chain Management, expected August 2027.
