I've owned product strategy, roadmaps and delivery for OpenFactor's FinSys core-banking platform and MInsure Health, working with Access Bank, FCMB Bank and Globus Bank. My work spans transactional banking, lending, payments, mobile-wallet disbursement, digital channels, reporting and insurance workflows.
At Nedbank, I lead discovery and enterprise workflow change across lending, fraud, privacy, investigations and insurance, including billing-module requirements and third-party integrations. I helped redesign fraud complaint workflows, reducing turnaround from approximately nine weeks to two weeks.
I've also led Agile delivery at Old Mutual, data and business analysis teams at Absa, and banking transformation work across multiple African countries. I use AI tools including Claude, Lovable and GitHub to prototype products, test workflows and improve structured product outcomes while maintaining human review and quality controls.
