What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fast-paced role where I can coordinate operations, solve time-sensitive problems, communicate across teams, and deliver polished experiences for clients, guests, or stakeholders.

At NetJets, I coordinate international flight planning and operational support for private aviation trips, reviewing routing, airport requirements, and documentation to help ensure safe, timely departures.

I've also managed high-volume guest and client operations at Le Méridien The Joseph, 7 Brew Coffee, Alaska Salmon Bake, and Mountain View Eye Center. My work has included reservations, scheduling, payments, confidential information, service recovery, and coordination across teams.

I bring creative leadership from theatre and arts management, including eight productions, dance club management, and choreography for a 55-person musical. I’m recognized for staying organized, communicating clearly, and bringing structure to fast-moving situations.
