I am an Operations & Team Coordinator based in Berlin who builds teams and streamlines daily operations to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and service quality.

In my current role I built and led a high-performing team through targeted recruitment, training and coaching, reorganised workflows, designed scheduling systems and improved inventory management to cut supply delays and minimise waste.

Earlier I supported rating-model implementations and data science work, contributing to documentation in Confluence, creating basic dashboards in Tableau, and performing data validation and preprocessing with Python while assisting model development and Agile workflows. I hold a BSc in Applied Mathematics and am completing an MSc in Business Informatics, supported by scholarships.
