What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote role where I can apply my psychology background in Talent Management or Mental Health Consulting. I’m passionate about supporting employee well-being, improving talent strategies, and fostering healthy work environments. Promoting mental health initiatives to drive growth and success for both employees and organizations is my goal.

I am a Clinical Psychologist transitioning to the business field with +4 years of experience in human behavior analysis and emotional management. For a year and a half I have been giving mental health workshops to companies, consulting to team leaders and advice to employees. I have knowledge in various areas such as research, teaching, supervision, evaluation and intervention of human behavior. I am passionate about remote work and transforming organizational environments to improve people's well-being and with it their performance. I currently continue to support people on an individual and business level. I am a co-founder of a company focused on this.
