I’m skilled in data analysis, control implementation, process tracking, and building actionable reports, with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support regulatory compliance initiatives and continuous process improvement.

In my current role as a Business Analyst/Program Task Lead at RELI Group, Inc., I support oversight of Medicare value-based care programs through regulatory compliance monitoring and performance analysis, translating complex healthcare and regulatory information into operational recommendations. I’ve also supported public health research as a Research Assistant/Consultant using REDCap and MaxQDA, and contributed to disease prevention efforts as an Infectious Disease Case Investigator, managing sensitive data and communicating public health guidance to diverse communities.
