I’m seeking a fully remote senior individual contributor role within a globally distributed team. I’m drawn to complex service, organizational, or emerging innovation challenges where research-informed strategy, experimentation, and systems thinking intersect. I am a systems and experience designer with 15+ years of experience across architecture, digital services, and cross-sector innovation initiatives. My work focuses on structuring complex systems — translating qualitative research, stakeholder needs, and organizational constraints into clear frameworks, service models, and strategic direction.

I design and facilitate co-creation processes that engage multidisciplinary teams, communities, and decision-makers to shape aligned, actionable solutions from early discovery through implementation.
