What I'm looking for

I seek frontend or full-stack roles where I can lead UI development, build scalable systems, improve performance and accessibility, and grow into technical leadership within collaborative Agile teams.

I am a MERN-stack frontend developer focused on building performant, accessible, and scalable web applications. I specialize in React and Next.js with strong expertise in Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and modern state management tools.

I've led frontend development for multi-module ERP systems and end-to-end e-commerce projects, implementing dashboards with interactive charts, reusable component libraries, authentication and RBAC, and significant performance optimizations.

At TS4U I designed and developed UIs for LMS and PM tools, created 20+ reusable components, built data conversion utilities, fixed 1,000+ bugs, and improved multi-theming and accessibility. I follow Agile practices and collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and QA.

I bring hands-on deployment and DevOps familiarity, experience with databases and backend integrations, and a track record of mentoring and coordinating teams through volunteer leadership and national program roles.
