What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can grow in HR and recruitment while supporting business development. I want a team that values accuracy, compliance, and strong communication, and gives me clear learning and ownership.

I’m a Human Resources & Business Development fresher with strong knowledge of organizational behavior, recruitment, and market strategies. I completed academic projects in HR and BDE focused on team management, client handling, and strategic planning.

I gained hands-on industry experience as a Quality Checking Executive in the automobile sector, where I demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with standards. I conducted quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance, maintained data integrity by identifying defects, and validated production output.

I bring a collaborative, detail-oriented approach with strengths in leadership, teamwork, communication, problem solving, and decision making. I’m ready to support HR and growth initiatives with reliability, organization, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
