What I'm looking for

I have 1.3 years of experience in HR, with hands-on exposure as a Recruiter Associate managing end-to-end recruitment. Additionally, I hold relevant experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding support, employee ID tracking, payroll processes, and exit formalities.

I am a recent MBA graduate (Anna University, 92%) with a BBA (Bharathiar University, 88%), focused on launching a career in financial services. I bring strong academic performance and a process-oriented approach to client work.

During my studies I completed a project at Kovai Medical Center and Hospital researching manpower analysis of causal labour and conducting an observational study. I also completed a summer internship at Velan Spinning Mills managing spinning mill operations and an industrial training internship at Avaneetha Textiles assisting overall operations and quality production.

I have presented a paper titled "FUNCTIONS OF HRM" and received an Outstanding Article Presentation award; I have completed NPTEL Leadership and Training of Trainers courses as well as TCS iON Career Edge and communication trainings. These experiences sharpened my project management, leadership, and communication abilities.

I am eager to apply my certifications, process orientation, and client communication skills in an entry-level mortgage or financial services role where I can gain hands-on experience, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to team and client success.
