Nareh Minassian

I am a dedicated behavioral health and in-home care professional with hands-on experience across residential, clinical, and educational settings. I have led therapeutic groups, managed medication and vital sign monitoring, and supported intake and discharge processes while maintaining strict safety and documentation standards.

My work has included trauma-informed de-escalation, crisis response (including Narcan and CPR administration), and conducting clinical assessments such as COWS and CIWA using Kipu software. I have served as a primary client advocate and liaison between clients, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.

I bring reliable in-home caregiving skills—mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, and transportation—paired with accurate EMR and shift documentation. I adapt quickly to new environments and maintain therapeutic boundaries while fostering rapport with diverse populations.

I am bilingual and committed to culturally sensitive care, staff training, and operational leadership. I pursue roles where I can combine clinical competence, client advocacy, and team collaboration to improve client outcomes and program quality.
