What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver data-driven behavioral support, document progress accurately, and collaborate with families and professionals to improve outcomes for children.

I’m a Registered Behavior Technician who works in collaborative teams to meet changing needs of children and families. I use functional behavior assessments and functional analysis to pinpoint target behaviors and the purpose behind them.

I conduct preference assessments and evaluate basic learning and language skills, then observe, monitor, and record problem behaviors using accurate behavior-consequence data collection. I turn that information into clear graphs and anecdotal notes to support consistent, effective intervention.

I also bring hands-on patient-care experience as a Home Health Aide, assisting with dressing, grooming, feeding, and adapting to mobility restrictions. I travel to clients’ homes, document vital statistics, and coordinate with healthcare providers while offering emotional support and education to families.

My earlier experience spans social services and medical work: as a Social Service Intern, I supported patient intake and helped connect people to long-term primary care, specialty care, and community assistance programs. As a Medical Intern in Guatemala, I compiled and organized medical data, provided patient care under direct physician supervision, and helped support community awareness and outreach programs.
