What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own high-volume remote recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance (Right to Work/DBS), and use ATS/HRIS data to deliver an efficient, high-quality candidate experience in a supportive team.

I’m a Recruitment and HR professional with experience across NHS environments, high-volume recruitment, and remote interviewing. I deliver efficient recruitment support in fast-paced settings while maintaining a positive candidate experience through structured screening and timely coordination.

In my roles, I’ve handled end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, served as a first point of contact for HR and recruitment queries, and supported managers and staff with employment-related matters. I’m comfortable working independently in remote teams and collaborating closely with recruitment stakeholders to identify strong candidates.

I manage accurate records and reporting using ATS and HRIS platforms (including ESR and TRAC), while ensuring compliance through Right to Work checks and DBS checks. I also use advanced Excel and data management practices to support tracking, workflow efficiency, and high-quality documentation.
