In my current role as a Customer Service Specialist with Public Partnerships LLC, I support Home Health clients. I bring call center expertise, service excellence, and polished telephone etiquette to every interaction.

My experience also includes years as a Foster Parent with the State of Tennessee, where I provided compassionate care and facilitated group activities for life skills like problem solving, decision making, self-advocacy, stress management, and conflict resolution. I’ve also worked as a Mortgage Specialist with ACT Home Program and as an Administrative Assistant, strengthening my organization, documentation, and follow-through.
