I’m an executive and Group Head of Business Solutions at the Jospong Group of Companies, where I lead enterprise-wide digital transformation. I leverage Oracle Enterprise Systems, business analytics, and project management to drive measurable business value.
In my current role, I’m responsible for Jospong Group’s Enterprise digital transformation, integrating 75+ companies across Ghana and beyond onto a single Oracle Fusion platform. I focus on seamless adoption between people, process, and the technology, while ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Before this, I served as a Business Solutions Manager with primary focus on Oracle cloud enterprise deployment, solutions architecture, and design. Earlier, as an Oracle Certified Specialist / Business Analytics Expert at Provision Consulting Ltd, I worked across digital transformation, IT strategy, performance monitoring, and project delivery—always grounded in innovation, continuous improvement, and strong leadership.
