An IT professional with more than a decade of experience in ERP implementation, business intelligence, and database management. I have a strong background in both Oracle and MS SQL, with the ability to take the technical lead in projects and support technical implementation across multiple products. Currently, I am working as a business applications consultant in a fabric producing company, where I am responsible for data analytics and business process automation. I am a committed team player, self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills.
In my current role as a Business Applications Consultant, I have been part of the JDE ERP implementation project and have used Jira to deliver agile products. I am responsible for business intelligence and data analytics reporting for top management, as well as business process automation. Previously, as a Database Administrator and IT Service Support at Lincoln Community School, I managed school management systems and ensured the security and integrity of the school's database and applications. I also provided desktop support services and network support services to users.
As a Business Intelligence Consultant at infoCentriQ Ghana LTD, I managed the development and delivery of custom Business Intelligence applications for numerous clients. I provided effective management of project scope, requirements, and priorities, and trained multiple companies on how to use the applications. Additionally, I have experience as a Trainer and Oracle Database Administrator, where I installed and maintained databases, administered the database, and ensured database security and data loss prevention.
