At Tadafur, I led design for GOV360, an enterprise GovTech platform used across four Omani ministries, owning more than 10 modules from research and discovery through to shipped product. I built its design system from scratch, including a 20-plus component library.
I turned that system into an AI-readable skill with Claude Code, cutting first-draft screen time by 50%. I also redesigned the strategy module around user-defined structures, informed by more than 10 user interviews, so each ministry could use its own framework without custom configuration.
At MakeMyTrip, I designed web and mobile experiences for the hotels line of business. My redesign of How2Go increased traffic by 140% and CTR from 10.1% to 20.5%; other work included Rush Deals, post-sales reviews, and discovery for pilgrimage-focused cities.
Earlier, at Deloitte, I designed government workforce and employee portal experiences, including work informed by 15-plus interviews. At WebileApps, I shipped more than 12 end-to-end web and mobile projects and redesigned the KFintech website, increasing traffic by 56%.
