I’m a product designer with 3+ years building AI-first B2B SaaS and founding designer at two companies. I focus on “automation + user control”—deciding where models act, where humans approve, and how trust is kept.

At Infosec Ventures, I’ve been the first product designer and solo design lead on an AI-native redesign of a 10-year-old security platform. The work spans user research and information architecture through interaction design and design systems, and it’s now in beta with 10 enterprise clients migrated.

I designed Human-in-the-loop decisioning for campaigns, with automation preparing while admins approve before launch—cutting launch time from hours to minutes without losing authority. I also redesigned risk scoring into a structured radar across Behavior, Training, and Role Sensitivity, rebuilt the admin dashboard around action hotspots, and lifted admin engagement by 48% (before vs. after across migrated clients).

I’ve also redesigned the reporting layer, improving customer-side report adoption by 32%, and owned design for eCrime Hub for Dubai Police—driving 50,000+ visitors in week one and 10,200 users starting a report via the reporting chatbot in the first few months. I enjoy collaborating closely with engineering, and I’m comfortable building alongside teams using Cursor and Claude.
