I’m a Product Designer (UX/UI) with 4+ years designing data-dense operational interfaces across e-commerce, IoT, and B2B SaaS. I focus on the enterprise AI governance gap—bridging AI capability and human oversight—so ambiguous, multi-stakeholder workflows can become clear decision interfaces teams can ship.

Most recently, at ScriptoFi, I owned end-to-end design for the Jewelme platform across three connected surfaces: marketing site, customer dashboard, and merchant admin panel. After usability testing surfaced task-completion friction, I restructured the admin panel’s information architecture and redesigned tables, filters, and bulk actions around real merchant workflows.

I also build scalable design foundations: I created a 15+ component Figma library with documented variants and tokens to reduce handoff ambiguity and shorten design-to-engineering cycles. Earlier, as a freelancer, I led discovery and delivered B2B and B2C SaaS dashboards end-to-end, including edge-case and error-state specs, and I rebuilt a first-task journey to measurably reduce drop-off in pre/post usability validation.

Across De ftsoft and Ditin usTechnology, I drove iterative redesigns to improve feature discoverability, established reusable UI component patterns for cross-product consistency, and designed web and application interfaces with usability, accessible information architecture, and reusable visual systems in mind. I bring AI workflow experimentation into my product work using tools like Figma Make, LovableAI, Emergent AI, and Claude for rapid exploration and prototyping.
