I work as a Product Designer / UX Designer focused on turning user requirements into flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive Figma prototypes. I’ve used the Double Diamond approach and JTBD frameworks to guide discovery research through GA release.
At Benzy Infotech in Pune, I supported the Akbar Travels mobile app revamp (Flights, Hotels, Holidays), including responsive UI across app, web, and M-Site. I also led website revamps for Akbar Travels and Tickut (Visa), using heuristic evaluation and UX research to strengthen digital identity and dashboard/presentation materials.
Earlier, as a User Experience Designer Intern at ForHealth, I owned end-to-end UX design for a healthcare platform for physiotherapy. I conducted generative/evaluative research, ran heuristic evaluations with 15+ medical experts, redesigned information architecture with user in mind, and collaborated with engineering and product to validate outcomes through A/B testing and analytics reviews.
