At OpenText, I lead UX for rule-heavy enterprise workflows across content management, government, and internal tools. I designed a domain-grounded AI chat interface for mobile and redesigned core workflows, cutting task completion time by up to 60%.
I also served as design lead for a 20+ person cross-functional team across three enterprise products. I overhauled legacy interfaces using the JATO design system, reducing interaction cost by about 50%, and drove WCAG 2.2 AA compliance.
At HashedIn by Deloitte, I owned end-to-end design and launch of more than five internal enterprise products, two of which were featured at AWS re:Invent and Red Hat Summit. I built and scaled a design system for an asset management platform and designed an AI-driven learning tool that achieved an 80% usability improvement through iterative testing.
I co-authored a white paper on generative AI in UX/UI design and applied inclusive design practices across projects. I'm Anthropic-certified in AI fluency and agent skills, and use tools including Cursor and Claude Code.
