What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities in Customer Service, Banking, Finance, Administration, and related professional fields where I can support customers, resolve complaints effectively, and grow through teamwork and strong communication.

I’m a Banking and Finance graduate from Kabul University, and I’ve built hands-on experience through my role in Customer Service and Telecommunications at Etisalat Afghanistan. I assisted customers with telecom services, products, and inquiries while maintaining customer records and preparing service reports.

I focus on clear communication, efficient complaint resolution, and teamwork to improve customer satisfaction. I bring strong problem-solving, time management, and computer literacy, along with Microsoft Office skills, and I’m motivated to grow in Customer Service, Banking, Finance, or Administration.
