At MTN Telecommunications, I worked as a Sales and Customer Service Representative, selling and distributing SIM cards and helping customers register and activate them.
I assisted with SIM card registration and verification, and helped customers open mobile banking accounts using their SIM cards. I also guided customers in using mobile banking services and answered questions about telecommunications products and offers.
I have practical experience with customer support, data entry, document preparation, and Microsoft Office applications. I’m willing to improve my technical skills and learn new technologies.
