What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a professional role where I can use my experience in customer relations, business support, operations, communication, and coordination while continuing to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to a professional team.

I'm currently managing sales and customer-facing operations for AWCC products and digital financial services at Setaragan Mutahed Ltd, including SIM services, Mobile Money, Palm, STAR Pay, customer support, and periodic reporting.

Previously, I supported AWCC Brand Shop operations by coordinating staff, maintaining sales and inventory records, and assisting customers with telecom services. At MTN Afghanistan, I onboarded MoMo customers and supported money transfers, while my earlier work with RTA and the Haddad Farhad Cultural Center strengthened my reporting, public speaking, event coordination, and communication skills.
