What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Support Specialist with Shopify SaaS experience, helping merchants resolve storefront issues through page-building support, HTML/CSS troubleshooting, and integration conflict fixes. I combine hands-on technical debugging with a clear focus on customer onboarding and better storefront usability.
In my current role as a Customer Success Specialist at GemPages (Gemcommerce), I support Shopify merchants with page-building, editing, and storefront workflows. I resolve HTML/CSS styling conflicts, visual inconsistencies, and integration-related issues using Chrome DevTools, while guiding merchants through layout refinement and feature adoption.
Previously, as a Merchant Success Engineer at Appstle Inc., I supported Shopify merchants across subscriptions, memberships, bundles, and loyalty workflows in a SaaS environment. I diagnosed technical and UX-related issues across storefront behavior, app integrations, and theme compatibility, and I customized Shopify pages using HTML, CSS, and Liquid to improve functionality and user experience.
I also strengthen my craft through project work and structured debugging: I built a responsive SaaS-style web application (Mars Weather Tracker) to improve usability and customer-facing UI, and I’ve done Shopify Theme Debugging & Integration Testing by identifying theme conflicts, testing integrations, and improving responsiveness and styling across components.
