I'm looking for a customer support role where I can resolve chat and email queries, maintain strong service quality, use CRM tools effectively, and continue growing my customer service and technical skills.

I've supported BJ's Wholesale Club customers through chat and email, resolving order-status, delivery, payment, membership, account, coupon, and rewards queries.

At 24/7.ai, I handled customer queries in a 24/7 non-voice environment, provided product and service information, documented interactions, and completed timely follow-ups. I achieved 90%+ customer satisfaction while maintaining service-quality standards and target average handling time.
