I’m a business-minded technical professional with hands-on experience supporting healthcare member and provider operations while resolving complex issues in fast-paced environments. At Centene Corporation, I work directly in enterprise systems to drive accurate outcomes and maintain high-quality documentation.

I resolve Medicaid member and provider problems tied to eligibility, benefits, and claims by analyzing account data, policy guidelines, and case details. I also identify recurring issues, escalate trends impacting workflows or systems, and serve as a resource for process, policy, and system navigation—coordinating effectively with internal teams and external users to keep operations moving.

Before that, at Transcom, I diagnosed and resolved customer issues involving mobile devices, software functionality, and account access. I guided users through troubleshooting steps while translating technical concepts into clear instructions, documenting issues accurately and escalating advanced cases when needed.

I reinforce my operational experience with technical projects and continuous learning, including a Python data dashboard, a Kotlin Android inventory management application, and a Java Spring backend service. I’m pursuing a Computer Science degree and an IBM Business Analyst Certification, and I’m ready to bring my analytical mindset, systems analysis skills, and strong communication to technology-focused roles.
