What I'm looking for

I'm building expertise through Business Analysis and Agile Foundation training, with the goal of growing into a Business Analyst role.

At Fawry, I execute user acceptance testing to check that solutions meet business requirements before release. I design and document test scenarios and cases, then report results and risks to support release decisions.

I identify, log, and track defects, coordinating with technical and business teams through resolution and retesting. I work with developers, analysts, and product teams in an Agile delivery environment.

At Vodafone Egypt, I resolved customer inquiries and technical issues, including eSIM support, and was promoted to Team Leader. I distributed tasks, supported team performance and onboarding, and helped the team achieve KPIs across multiple months.
