I am a dedicated Software Test Engineer with a strong foundation in software testing methodologies and a passion for quality assurance. My journey began with a B.Sc. in Computer and Control Engineering, where I honed my technical skills and developed a keen interest in software testing. I have completed an internship at Semicorner, where I gained hands-on experience in manual testing, writing test plans, and executing test cases using tools like JIRA and Trello.

Throughout my internship, I was responsible for performing API testing using Postman and ensuring the quality of various applications. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my ability to produce detailed defect reports and test progress summaries. Additionally, I have experience as a Customer Care Representative at Vodafone Egypt, which has enhanced my communication skills and customer-focused approach.
