At TRAEL S.A., I supported Debian Linux infrastructure and AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC in remote production environments.
I resolved and followed up on L1/L2 incidents, supported remote users through AnyDesk, and managed users, permissions, access policies, LAN connectivity, monitoring, backups, and data recovery. I strengthened infrastructure security through network segmentation, iptables/UFW configuration, and access controls.
