My Tier-1 support experience includes monitoring EPM applications and scheduled jobs, triaging tickets, and escalating incidents by priority and severity. I also perform initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis while following SLAs and documented procedures.
I built the Farmer Productivity Platform with Flask and MySQL, including REST endpoints, database schema and queries, and testing the user flow from browser to database.
I’ve also built projects in machine learning and embedded systems, including a healthcare assistant served through Flask APIs and a gesture-to-speech wearable using flex sensors. I work with Python and SQL, and have experience with Java, JavaScript, Git, and related development tools.
