I've supported enterprise software tools and CRM-based technical operations during my IT internship in BPO, helping finance and HR users resolve issues through calls, chat, and ticketing systems.

I built an Arduino-based smart plant watering prototype using a soil moisture sensor and relay-controlled pump, with threshold logic that automated irrigation and reduced manual monitoring. I also created a Python fake news detection script using keyword and pattern matching to flag suspicious language.

I'm completing a B.Sc. in Information Technology and bring hands-on foundations in web technologies, databases, customer support, and team coordination. As a planning and logistics lead, I led a five-member team for a college cultural/sports event.
