I built the company's ecosystem of digital platforms and tools entirely with no code. This includes an LMS platform, a communication platform, its e-commerce platform. I also built and executed the company's marketing campaigns and built partnerships.

►Jobtivti is a HR SaaS where I oversee both the development and management of three platforms on Jobtiviti, this includes the Web App, Mobile App and the Admin Console.
►Managed product development, product timelines, and product roadmap for all three products.
►Oversaw over 60 iterations for each of the three products including Web App, Mobile App and Admin Console.

• Conducted Social Impact Assessments and produced Impact Report covering all initiatives under Selangor Youth Community
• Performed needs analysis of all stakeholders under the community services including PPR communities, orphanages, Social and Welfare Department beneficiaries.
• Formulated, Planned and Executed an incubator "SAY Empower" for impact-driven projects.

• Supported the team in Change Management of SuccessFactors (Human Cloud Management Software) for 10,000 employees for the client.
• Conducted training sessions for SuccessFactors for Performance Management with client.
• Supported and developed the Learning and Development Human Resource Advisory Deck for the implementation of the SuccessFactors Learning Module

• Performed data analysis on the Language Allowances Pulse Survey 2017 for the Business Process Outsourcing Industry in Malaysia
• Assisted senior analysts in job-matching and job-levelling sessions with clients across the Construction, Property and Engineering Industry
• Consolidated and cleaned job codes and job responsibilities data with the WTW Methodology
