I’m looking to lead commercial strategy for institutional and government accounts—own forecasting, pricing, and contract execution, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable cash-flow and margin improvements in a data-driven environment.

I’m a strategic commercial and institutional business leader with 6+ years managing government and institutional sales portfolios, including International Airlines at Pakistan State Oil. I focus on contract management, pricing strategy, financial forecasting, and cross-functional leadership to protect margins and accelerate cash flow.

At PSO, I lead corporate planning and annual budgeting for the aviation segment, deliver sales forecasting and variance analysis, and manage receivables and payables discipline. I also implemented integrated SAP pricing mechanisms to reduce cycle time from days to minutes, converted major government credit accounts to advance payment to restructure credit risk, and spearheaded multi-billion-rupee feasibility studies—while building decision-ready dashboards with QlikSense.
