I’m a business & finance professional with 10+ years of expertise in financial modeling, P&L management, and data-driven decision support. I turn complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, with proven success partnering with leading telecom operators across Pakistan including Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, PTCL, Zong, and Huawei.

As Head of Finance & Operations at STARZPLAY Pakistan Region (2020–Present), I direct financial planning and performance management—building models to optimize cost structures and protect profitability. I own P&L accountability, drive structured profitability analyses and corrective actions, and strengthen cost transparency and governance by aligning regional cost allocations with revenue streams. I also develop and maintain robust financial systems to improve reporting accuracy across accounts payable, receivables, expenses, and revenue, while ensuring transparency and accountability.
