At PT Bank BTPN Tbk / PT Bank SMBC Indonesia, I performed manual end-to-end, functional, regression, and UAT testing for banking transaction systems, including payments, transfers, and settlement. I validated frontend outcomes against backend data flows and database records.
For the Collateral Management System, I handled Product Owner responsibilities alongside QA work, defining requirements for collateral-document tracking and an RFID-based identification solution. I coordinated stakeholders and developers and supported testing and release-readiness validation.
On the DHIB/DHN Digitalization Project, I gathered requirements, mapped process flows, maintained the backlog, and supported go-live. The project helped reduce manual bulk checking from approximately one month to up to one week. I’m also building API testing and automation skills through a Bookstore API practice project using Postman, JavaScript, and JSON.
