I’m a Senior Technical Writer and Information Architect who builds documentation infrastructure from scratch—organizing knowledge, owning release-note and terminology systems, and connecting documentation to engineering workflows. With a computing background and hands-on experience across enterprise security and US-based healthcare SaaS, I focus on making complex systems understandable for end users.

At Sxope, I’ve led end-to-end docs across four services, designed a knowledge base taxonomy to improve retrieval, and mapped 3,300+ domain terms to Google BigQuery data marts using OpenMetadata to support data governance and AI-layer accuracy. I co-designed an automated documentation update engine using Jira/Confluence connectors and MCP to analyze release deltas, flag gaps, and generate drafts—delivering 100% alignment with weekly production releases while leveraging Claude, Cursor, and Gemini to cut first-draft time by 50%.
