What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote executive, administrative, or operations support role where I can manage calendars, workflows, documentation, stakeholder follow-up, and CRM or data processes across U.K. and U.S. business-hour overlap.

I've spent 11 years at Wakefields Real Estate coordinating executive calendars, deadlines, stakeholder communication, digital records, and up to 20 simultaneous workflows. I keep confidential, deadline-sensitive documentation organized and follow through on outstanding actions across clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams.

More recently, I've supported a Texas real estate transaction coordination company remotely and completed an Australian CRM cleanup project, strengthening data quality and transition readiness. I work confidently across cloud platforms, CRM systems, Microsoft and Google tools, and visual-content tools including Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
