I am an experienced software tester and project associate with a strong background in system requirement analysis, design, development, testing and deployment. Over several years at Getright Malaysia Sdn Bhd, I supported full SDLC activities and became a key liaison between stakeholders and developers.

I assist project managers in requirement gathering, QA testing, UAT leadership and delivering training to stakeholders on end-to-end system handling. I have successfully delivered multiple website and mobile app projects on agreed timelines by gathering stakeholder feedback and translating it into actionable developer tasks.

My strengths include organized project documentation, active listening, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure. I regularly lead UAT sessions, provide frontline stakeholder support, and ensure system delivery meets agreed requirements.
