I’m looking to lead commercial growth in pharma/dental/life sciences—building high-performance teams, owning P&L, and driving profitable expansions through strong negotiation, digital strategy, and customer partnership development.

More than 20 years, I’ve built high-performance teams and led new business units across OTC, Pharma, Life Sciences, and distribution—always with people and results at the center of how I operate.

As Global Commercial Director at Ticare Implants, I lead a 26-rep sales team plus a broader commercial structure (Sales Directors, KAMs, marketing, business intelligence, and customer service). I negotiate distribution contracts across 13+ countries, including China, and helped deliver +19.4% sales growth vs the previous year.

Previously, I was CEO Portugal/Iberia and Digital Marketing Director at Henry Schein, owning the P&L for Portugal (€30M revenue; 42 FTEs) and expanding capacity through agreements for 50 new dental clinic openings. I also drove digital transformation—improving conversion and lead generation—and launched www. Dentigram.com.

Earlier leadership roles include Commercial Director Iberia at Henry Schein and Global Sales Director at Suanfarma, with strong commercial strategy, consultative selling, supplier negotiation, and international expansion. I’m also experienced in M&A management, and I bring an entrepreneurial approach: I’ve built and scaled teams, moved organizations from transactional to consultative sales, and delivered measurable business impact.
