What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote freight or operations support role where I can apply my training in load coordination, quoting, TMS tools, carrier communication, and administrative follow-through.

I've supported executive leadership at Illume Anesthesia in Texas, managing calendars, meetings, operational priorities, documentation, and communication across multiple time zones.

Previously, I supported HR administration at Freedom Jets and real estate administration at Premier Realty, coordinating recruitment workflows, client communications, scheduling, records, onboarding, and follow-ups. I bring more than five years of remote support experience across US, UAE, and Qatar business teams.

I'm trained in freight brokerage fundamentals, including load tracking, quoting, rate negotiation, TMS navigation, load boards, freight class calculation, and carrier and shipper communication. I’m available for full-time remote work and focused on accurate, confidential follow-through.
