What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Customer Success role where I can apply my e-commerce customer service experience, communication skills, and analytical approach to resolve customer issues, improve service processes, and support long-term customer satisfaction.

I've handled 130 customer tickets per day at Teechip, resolving complaints, product disputes, and service issues for an international e-commerce platform.

I identified recurring customer issues, proposed improvements to reduce repeat complaints, and coordinated cross-functionally to see complex cases through to resolution.

At Vmed Group and Daikin Air Conditioning, I've prepared import and payment documents, coordinated shipments, compared supplier prices, and followed up on deliveries and goods inspections.

I've managed 11 suppliers at Daikin, monitoring production plans and delivery schedules while handling delivery and quality issues. I'm eager to bring my service mindset, analytical thinking, and e-commerce experience to a Customer Success role.
