What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote or international remote opportunities in customer service, e-commerce support, chat moderation, or virtual assistance.

At Azam Media Ltd, I provided customer care by phone, email, and in person, handling customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining accurate records.

With AFROprenuer, I supported e-commerce operations, answered product questions, assisted customers at pop-up sales events, and supported product listings and inventory tracking.

Since 2021, I’ve provided remote customer support and administrative assistance, including data entry, scheduling, reporting, and document organization. I use Google Workspace, Zoom, and Google Meet to support remote communication and daily operations.

I also worked part-time as a kindergarten teacher, communicating with parents, staff, and students and managing classroom schedules and records. I’m open to remote customer service, e-commerce support, chat moderator, and virtual assistant roles.
