What I'm looking for

I’m seeking freelance English–Burmese telephone interpreting work supporting UK public services. I’m based in Birmingham, available for flexible hours, and can work from home.

At Htet Myet Aung Goldsmith & Jewellery, I held one-to-one consultations in Burmese, listening to customers’ custom-design needs and explaining their options. My work contributed to 12% sales growth.

I handled sensitive sales, profit and expense records accurately and discreetly, reporting insights that informed management’s pricing decisions. I also proposed a computerised inventory system that halved daily processing time across 10,000 items and eliminated discrepancies.

At Birmingham Business School, University of Birmingham, I help new students understand how to use Python and Tableau, and guide them to academic support. I also coordinated with lecturers, staff and instructors to deliver an educational trip.

I recently completed an MSc in Business Analytics at the University of Birmingham, alongside an MBA. I’m based in Birmingham and seeking freelance English–Burmese telephone interpreting work supporting UK public services.
