At Zales Outlet, I help customers find jewelry that fits their needs by presenting merchandise, explaining product benefits, and discussing service plans and financing. I also participate in store operations and work toward individual and team sales goals.
Through The Ruhart, I design resin artwork, Islamic calligraphy, and functional pieces, collaborating with clients on personalized products. I run its Etsy shop and e-commerce business using platforms including Instagram and Facebook, and I'm a Certified Arabic Calligraphy Artist.
