I am a retail leader and entrepreneur who combines hands-on store experience with e-commerce success.

Over more than a decade in retail I progressed through sales and assistant department manager roles at Nordstrom, coaching teams, executing visual merchandising and driving sales. I consistently met sales goals, managed returns and inventory, and helped improve customer satisfaction.

As a self-employed seller I launched and managed a successful Etsy shop and ran targeted paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to grow revenue. I handled order fulfillment, product presentation and digital promotion with efficiency and accuracy.

I hold an Associate of Arts in Product Development, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and I bring strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills to roles that value customer service and team development.
